What's happening?

Robertson Brothers Homes and Terranovus Development plan a four-story, building on two vacant parcels in Brush Park with 16 for-sale units. The Detroit Historic District Commission issued a Certificate of Appropriateness for the project in 2021. The $8.2 million project was approved for $532,736 in brownfield tax increment financing by the Michigan Strategic Fund in 2022.

"Developer Carlo Liburdi (co-owner of Kiesling and Milwaukee Caffe) said the project remains in progress, but he has no further updates at this time. A recent visit to the site did not indicate construction activity."
