What's happening?
Robertson Brothers Homes and Terranovus Development are planning a four-story mixed use building on two vacant parcels in Brush Park with 16 for-sale units. The Detroit Historic District Commission issued a Certificate of Appropriateness for the project in 2021. Developers were seeking $922,000 in brownfield tax credits for the $7.5 million project that year.
