What's happening?
District Detroit plans a 20-story apartment building with ground-floor retail, originally scheduled to break ground in late 2024 and open in 2026. In 2024, Olympia Development of Michigan had yet to acquire the land, which is owned by the Detroit Wayne County Stadium Authority. A second building, 2200 Woodward, is also planned for the site.
