What's happening?

The current Le Chateau Apartments at 7 Mile and Mound are receiving renovations that will allow for 40-50% AMI affordable units. The project has an estimated cost of $1.6M and will be funded through the Detroit Housing for the Future Fund (DHFF) which is managed by LISC. This is one of six properties supported by DHFF. Once complete, the development will be renamed 7 Mound Apartments and managed by Minyon Properties. As of late 2022, there was no proposed completion date.
