What's happening?
Robertson Brothers Homes and TerraNovus Development LLC are building 23 new two-bedroom townhomes in Woodbridge, as well as garages for each unit and a parking lot. In 2022, the $7.1 million project received approval for local and state brownfield tax capture totaling $734,000. In 2020, developers had a 2022 opening target.
