"Don Tappan request dimensional parking variances to renovate an existing 23,472 square foot building into a 14-unit residential loft structure that will include commercial space on the ground floor. The subject site is within an M3 Zone (SingleFamily Residential District). The Board shall be authorized to hear dimensional variance requests for matters that are beyond the scope of BSEED’s 10% administrative adjustments for a variance of the minimum setbacks: deficient parking. 38 spaces required, 0 provided, 38 parking spaces deficient.
