What's happening?

Bedrock bought the vacant Book Tower, one of Detroit's tallest and oldest skyscrapers, in 2015. The 38-story building has since undergone extensive restoration work, a $313 million project that includes the 13-story Book Building next door. Renovations are expected to be complete in late 2022, opening with retail and office space, more than 200 residential units, a rooftop bar and the ROOST Apartment Hotel, with 118 rooms.
