What's happening?
Michael van Overbeke is developing CODA, a $28 million Brush Park project with 10 condos and a ground-floor restaurant. The condos, priced from $550,000 to $1.5 million, began pre-leasing in 2021. The project was supposed to incorporate an 1880s carriage house, but VanOverbeke said he found a sinkhole beneath the structure and demolished it in 2022.
