Michael van Overbeke is developing CODA, a Brush Park project with 10 condos, a two-story restaurant, office space and a parking structure. The condos, priced from $550,000 to $1.5 million, began preleasing in 2021. Developers are seeking $4.8 million in Tax Increment Financing subsidies for the $28 million project.
