What's happening?

Develop Detroit is working with Cinnaire Solutions to build a mixed-use development on several parcels between Gratiot Avenue, Rivard, Maple and Russell Street, scheduled for 206 parking spaces, retail space and 212 units, with some reserved as affordable, in 2021. The project, initially expected to be completed in 2020, was slated to be a $70 million investment in 2018, when developers were seeking $16.5 million in brownfield tax incentives.
