What's happening?
Bedrock purchased the Fowler Building in 2019, the last vacant building in the downtown Woodward shopping corridor at the time, and began renovation work immediately. but it has yet to open to residential, retail or office customers since the purchase. The eight-story, 55,000-square-foot building previously sat empty for 30 years and will include office and ground-floor commercial space once complete. The Fowler opened in 1911 as the home of Kline's Ladies Wear.
