Huntington Bank's commercial headquarters will be located in this new development, constructed on a parking lot and the former Michigan Mutual Liability Annex. Initially announced as the new Chemical Bank headquarters, it became TCF Tower when those two banks merged in August 2020, and finally Huntington when it merged with TCF in December 2020. The 20-story tower will feature 10 levels of parking as well as office space and an entertainment venue on the roof. It's expected to be complete in 2022.
