In January 2022, MHT Housing and Historic Little Rock Baptist Church broke ground on the Rev. Dr. Jim Holley Residences, an $18 million affordable senior housing development named after the church's senior pastor. Located across from the church in Piety Hill, all 60 units will be affordable, and the new-construction building will feature 5,000 square feet of commercial space. The residences are expected to open in 2023.
