What's happening?
Paul Spiegelman and Hamsa Daher, co-founders of Kintsugi Village, purchased the former St. Vincent de Paul Middle School building for $3 million in 2024. They plan to renovate the building to house an early childhood education center, artist incubator, gallery, retreat center and community kitchen. The education facility is expected to open in 2025.
