Founder, Ping Ho of Marrow plans to expand its restaurant, to include a meat processing facility and retail in the Eastern Market District. The expansion will take place at a 14,000 sq.ft. building in the district and will total approximately $5.4M in renovations. They are in the process of review for 2 abatements, have received $80,000 from the Food & Agriculture Investment Program, and investors plan to invest $3M of their own funds into the redevelopment. Construction is slated to be complete by late 2023.
