What's happening?

Vanguard Community Development, Avanath Capital Management and RMC Development plan an 11-building, multisite housing development in the North End, with more than 170 apartments, including more than 80 reserved for senior housing, and eight for-sale townhomes. The project has been in the works since 2015, and in April 2021, the Detroit Land Bank Authority approved the sale of 26 lots for the project.
