What's happening?
One Eleven West, a $20 million new build, was announced by Olympia Development in 2017 as part of its large-scale plans for the District Detroit "neighborhoods" surrounding Little Caesars Arena. Initial plans for residential units and retail were revised in 2018 to include office space instead of housing. Construction was initially scheduled to begin in 2017. In 2024, developers told Crain's Detroit Business they had yet to determine what to do with the property.
