This 4,500 seat sanctuary, the new outpost of Pastor Marvin Winans' Perfecting Church, first started construction in 2003 as part of a larger complex including office and residential components behind 7 Mile and Woodward. Construction resumed in 2011 after the financial crisis, but it remains unfinished.
