​​PUSH Design LLC proposes a new multi-family development project in Corktown. The proposal calls for two three-story residential buildings, two rear carriage house buildings, a garage, surface parking and landscaping. The development includes 1628, 1632, 1638, 1644 and 1650 Bagley. A 15-year Neighborhood Enterprise Zone certificate was requested for City Council approval in December 2021.
