What's happening?
A group including Richard Hosey III is developing a four-story building on Willis between 2nd and 3rd. The 36-unit building will include 25 parking spaces on the ground floor, along with a small retail space. The development is located in the Willis-Selden historic district. In January 2022, developers sought approval for a change to previously approved materials from the Detroit Historic District Commission.
The development was completed in November 2023.
