Greatwater Opportunity Capital is undergoing a $1.1 million renovation of a Woodward Avenue storefront with 4,030 square feet of retail commercial space, previously the home of Showtime Detroit. Two businesses have signed leases to open at the site, Greatwater said in summer 2024: Sushiritas, a fast-casual sushi restaurant from Jay Rayford, and Vibe Spa, a day spa from Micole Sherman.
