What's happening?

Clifford Brown's Woodborn Partners is leading development of The Coe II, five years after opening The Coe next door. The Coe II includes four townhouses and a four-story building with 50 studio and one-bedroom apartments, as well as first-floor retail space. Developers are seeking Historic District Commission permission to tear down two homes on the project site. Construction is expected to begin in 2022.
