Formerly a bank, this redevelopment is pending construction for spring 2022 with plans of completion 12-15 months later. The former one-story bank will be used as retail space, and a second and third floor will be built with 18 residential units. Developer Edward Carrington was seeking brownfield tax credits in February 2022.
