"In support of affordable housing opportunities, HRD is hereby requesting approval to award funding to the following new projects: ... Brush & Watson – Midblock ($3,000,000 ARPA) - $3,000,000 in ARPA will be spent on this new construction project to construct 184 new housing units at 444 Watson that will have 170 affordable units."
